We offer a full days training in the art of butchering a pig, which will include the art of sausage making, bacon curing and also to see how we look after our own rare breed pigs.
The courses start on 17th of january 2011 at 9.30 am and finish at 4.30 pm, lunch is included at the courtyard restaurant.
Space is limited to 8 people and places must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
The cost of this fun and interesting course is £120.00 per person, this can be given in a presentable gift voucher ideal as a present.
Course dates resume at the end of january 2012 as we are having a purpose built unit to hold the courses in.
