Rindless Back Bacon

Very large slices of rindless bacon, very tasty and cut to a very good thickness. won't be buying bacon from supermarket again.

I must admit I was a bit disappointed with this bacon, it looks loverly but when you start to cook it loads of water come out and into the pan. I was under the impression that this was a dry cure bacon so I can only assume the pig was slaughtered by drowning it
