These terms and conditions apply to the use of “www.thebutcherofbrogdale.co.uk”
By accessing the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Our prices are reviewed on a regular basis. Please check prices at our shops on the day of purchase.
All deliveries will be advised to ‘leave safe’ if there is nobody there to receive the goods. If you would not like the goods left without a signature, or you have any particular instructions for the driver, please advise at the time of ordering.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a suitable delivery date and address. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery information that you provide.
Cancellations and Returns
As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds cannot be given.
It is your responsibility to check your order upon receipt.
In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged, or incomplete, you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.
Many of our suppliers are independent, small-scale producers. Therefore all products are subject to availability. In the event of a product being temporarily unavailable, we will forward your main order, and then send the remaining item/s as soon as they become available. If we are unable to obtain the item, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative item.
