Great sausages.
Flavour was great. No fat leaking out, everyone enjoyed on the BBQ.

I'm not sure if these are as good as they used to be: at one time I rated them as amongst the best bangers I had ever tasted. I wonder if it's still the same operative in Canterbury making them? Or if he's had a skinful and retired...
