Fillet was first class

I had the meat special delivered on Good Friday. I’ve had some of the minced steak and some of the sausages which were both delicious. However the spatchcock chicken with bbq sauce was next level. Lovely hot with rice and veg. Equally lovely later on cold.

Steaks were great flavour and very tender
