Good size joint put straight into freezer for use in the New Year when we have guesta.

Very large and tasty joint to use Christmas evening and again Boxing Day. Great size and plenty of meat to feed the guests.

Great hamper, excellent value for money. Some items frozen to use in new year. Turkey crown & trimmings were excellent plenty to feed 10 on Christmas Day and use for buffet style tea with other meats for 8 another day. Sausage meat was great to make sausage rolls.

Full of flavor and made really firm meatballs and great sausage rolls - would recommend for meals at any time of the year
